社区经理的工作目标是建立一个社区，而和其他共享空间不同的是，OnePiece不仅仅只是租赁空间。我们利用我们在硅谷和中国的资源优势，为创业者与投资人、VC，成熟的科技互联网公司建立连接。基于这个需求，如果你是一个拥有客户沟通经验，善于通过线下及活动发展客户的人，会非常加分！

你将负责通过销售技巧和出色的客户服务最大化我们的入住率，保持非凡的社区意识，运营空间的日常运作，制定创造性的本地营销策略，以及规划有吸引力的会员活动。作为该地区的社区经理，您将成为我们的运营，销售和市场工作的重要组成部分。您还将与团队跨职能合作，通过建设，与主要社区利益相关者建立连络，并带领当地市场推广和活动。

Job Description:

OnePiece is seeking to hire an outstanding community manager to help build a new type of business in Shenzhen.

The purpose of the community manager role is just what it sounds like – creating a community. Unlike other co-working spaces, OnePiece isn’t just about renting office space. We spend time and energy connecting and creating business opportunities for companies in our ecosystem in Silicon Valley and China – working with VCs, startups, and larger established tech and internet brands. Given that this is a client-facing role, finding someone with offline customer service or hospitality experience is valued.

On a day-to-day basis, the community manager will be responsible for the operation of our space, as well as providing perks and services for all the people and companies who work at OnePiece. Therefore, finding someone with experience in the co-working spaces would be a big plus.

We’re seeking a bilingual, motivated individual who is comfortable in wearing multiple hats and getting things done. We want to find someone who loves learning new skills, and coordinating with our global team to build a brand new location in Shenzhen. Because this is our first space in China, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement within the role.

OnePiece Work Shenzhen is a new type of co-working solution designed specifically for the needs of innovative cross-border startups and innovative brands. We’re opening our first location in China after successfully launching several successful locations in the United States.

We’re devoted to supporting cross-border innovation, helping companies in China launch their products and services around the world, and helping international companies establish operations In China.
