加拿大大西洋四省的国际管理酒店公司代招聘岗位
工作职责:
1、与前台紧密合作,及时响应客人要求,保持专业积极的态度解决客户问题,保障客户隐私。
2、酒店公共区域(包括大堂、走廊)清扫、拖地、清洗、打蜡和抛光地板;灰尘家具、真空地毯、窗帘和软垫家具、公共区域的窗户墙壁和天花板进行除尘和清洗。
3、保持房间及公共区域清洁度,监督客房设备的处理及安全;检查清洁相关用品库存及时向主管汇报短缺情况。
4、为地板提供干净的套房亚麻布和便利设施;将所有用完的清洁品放回居室的厨壁中。
任职要求:
1、需要有清洁经验,有良好的沟通技巧及体能,雅思达4分及以上,上岗后将提供培训。
2、了解清洁化学品的正确搬运及储存程序。
3、对工作场所危险物质信息系统标准培训以及插入省健康与安全法的基本理解。
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
(1)Works closely with Front Desk to ensure guest satisfaction, and consistency in guest service:
1.Respond to various guest requests including but not limited to distributing clean towels and toiletries, and making deliveries
2.Pick up and deliver guest dry-cleaning and laundry
3.Addresses guest concerns in a positive and helpful manner and takes prompt, corrective
action where necessary
4.Maintain a professional manner with all hotel guests and employees
5.Maintains guest confidentiality
(2)Performs daily cleaning of all public area in the hotel:
1.Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors in all public areas of the hotel including the main lobby and hallways
2.Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
3.Dust and wash windows, walls, and ceilings in all public areas
4.Pick up debris and empty trash containers in all public areas
5.Inspects rooms and public areas for cleanliness
6.Checks inventory of cleaning related products and reports shortages to supervisor
7.Restocks all cleaning service items in housepersons closets.
8.Delivers clean suite linens and amenities to floors
(3)Ensures the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment:
1.Ensures the proper storage, handling and controls of cleaning products
2.Supervises the handling, storage and security of all housekeeping equipment
GENERAL:
1.Maintains departmental and company policies including Health and Safety and WHIMIS
2.Follows-up on any unusual occurrences, damage, or theft promptly and reports to the
Executive Housekeeper
3.Reports maintenance and lost and found items
4.Maintains familiarity with fire products
5.All other duties as assigned

Hotel Guests
INTERNAL CONTACTS:
Management and employees at all levels from all departments
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset, but training will be provided
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1.Excellent knowledge of cleaning concepts and principles
2.Knowledge of proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals
3.Basic understanding of WHMIS standards as well as the INSERT PROVINCE Health and Safety Act.
3.Good communication skills (both oral and written)
4.Bilingual in both official languages
5.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
6.Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as an active team member
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
