职位描述

加拿大大西洋四省的国际管理酒店公司代招聘岗位

工作职责:

1、 以友好,贴心服务为导向的方式与客人和员工相处 、

2、 根据酒店的时间安排需求保持定期出勤;工作期间着商务服装和佩戴好名牌。

3、遵守标准与规章制度,维护安全高效的酒店运营;维护办公用品和设备的有序性。

4、接听电话,接收预订;监控失约付款;升级客房;将预订订单录入计算机;根据检查表完成每日报告。

5、及时处理喜达屋客房奖励;处理呼叫转换 ;处理有关酒店的客人查询和跟进客人的特别要求 。

6、熟悉酒店布局;向主管建议我们需要关闭和限制适用公司库存的任何日期。

7、文件预订和集团合同;发送确认书;处理预付款/资产负债表。

8、了解手册要求;核查旅行社;研究T.A.佣金。

9、完成酒店安排的其他任务。


任职要求:

1、有酒店或相关领域工作经验者、酒店和旅游专业者优先,高中及以上学历,雅思达4分及以上。

2、懂得使用电脑、电话、影印机、传真机、文件柜、其他办公设备;具备会计原理和Excel或类似软件的知识;打字速度分钟40个字。

3、应变能力、沟通能力好,体能良好,可接受偶尔加班。


QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

1.Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

2.Degree in Hospitality & Tourism preferred

3.High School diploma required.

4.Typing “40wpm”

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

Computer, telephone, photocopy machine, fax machine, file cabinets, other office equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.Long hours sometimes required.

2.Sedentary work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.

2.Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

3.Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.

4.Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from multiple sources and consider, adjust, or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.

5.Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.

6.Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.


DUTIES & FUNCTIONS

ESSENTIAL:

1.Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.

2.Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Brand standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.

3.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper business attire and nametag when working.

4.Comply at all times with Brand standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

5.Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment.

6.Answer phones.

7.Book reservations.

8.Completes daily reports according to the checklist

9.Process SPG room awards on a timely basis

10.Monitor no-show payments

11.Enter reservation into a computer.

12.Handle inquiries about hotel.

13.Administer group room block.

14.Up sell rooms.

15.Be familiar with hotel layout.

16.Advise supervisor of any dates we need to close and restrict inventory for applicable companies

17.Handles call conversions.

18.Follow up on guest special requests.

19.Check out according to schedule.


MARGINAL:

1.Call for occupancy at area hotels.

2.File reservations and group contracts.

3.Send confirmations.

4.Process advance deposit/balance sheet.

5.Process brochure requests.

6.Process travel agent checks.

7.Research T.A. commissions.

8.Recycling

9.Maintain rapport with Guest Services and Sales.

10.If all daily duties are completed, cleaning, filing and extra projects are expected.

11.Other duties as required.
