行政人事助理Administrative Commissioner

负责公司日常事务，包括日常文书撰写、财务报销、会议组织、采购管理、物品管理、环境安全管理、文档管理、联络窗口等；

岗位职责:
1. 能够承担日常的行政事务工作，熟悉出纳和账务处理等相关事宜；
2. 协助公司人员招聘及员工关系等日常管理工作，日常会议的组织与管理，做好材料收集、记录会议纪要等工作；
3. 负责公司快件及邮件的收发及传递；

4．会图文编辑，有一定的图文整理经验，负责对外联络、推广、宣传等工作。

任职资格:
1. 大专以上学历, 有行政文秘管理相关经验1年以上（建筑相关行业经验优先）英语能力佳者优先；
2. 熟练使用office办公软件，具备基本的网络知识以及图片处理知识，有会计软件经验者更佳；
3. 有设计、财务、人力资源、社交媒体/公众号运营背景或经历的候选人优先；
4. 有较强的文字功底，良好的审美，擅长信息搜集和整合。细致、条理清晰，具有较强的执行力；
5. 做事踏实有条理，善于人际沟通，有较强的工作热情和责任心。
