Responsibility:
1) Assist site controller on daily operational review
2) Ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance and integrity of financial statement
3) Review the Balance Sheet reconciliation and reconcile against local GAAP
4) Ensure timely submission to the corporate finance and Treasury
5) Review JVM to ensure integrity of supporting and analyze any exceptional
6) Provide coaching and training to the finance team
7) Able to cope with high intensity of work in a fast pace environment
8) Drive productivity improvements;
9) Lead month end closing

Requirement:
1) Minimum a Professional qualification in Accounting or Bachelor degree.
2) About 10 years accounting experience with minimum 3 ~ 5 years in management level of a manufacturing industry
3) Experience in Internal control and SOX
4) Good learning capability & dedicated to work
5) Good communication skill and team work
6) Proficient in English and excel
7) Being assertive to principles
