工作职责：
1.确认产品首件
2.每天进行Roving Audit及跟踪改善行动
3.实时反馈不良，与CFT成员一起分析不良并采取对策。
4.发品质日报和周报给CFT
5.检查ECO的执行及测试软件的更新情况
6.清除物料
7.在线确认有疑问的物料和PVS的状况
8.NPI时，SMT首件测值
9.确认品质问题物料，提高物料的品质，处理RTV
10.10参加Kaizen活动，持续改善
工作要求：
1.熟悉SMT，手插和B/B流程
2.要非常负责任
3.熟悉电脑办公软件，如：Excel / word 和outlook
4.良好的沟通能力
5.能看、读和写基础的英语
6.对质量改善有一定的认识，并积极参与
