Job Description:
- Conduct training on Lean Manufacturing System or Lean tools. /负责精益生产相关知识的培训。
- Conduct Kaizen and coach colleagues from related department to do Kaizen and solve problems in supply chain area. /负责推行供应链范围的改善，指导其他部门同事进行改善。
- Drive monthly Kaizen activities and following up problems encountered. /负责推行每月改善活动并且跟进相关问题。
- Base on company value flow to figure out operation problems and propose Kaizen suggestions. /以公司价值流为基础，发现公司生产运作中的问题并提出改善建议。
- Implement or drive Lean activities of all departments. /协助和推动精益生产活动在公司其他部门有效开展。
- Deliver requested Kaizen reports. /制作相关改善报告。
- Translate the English Lean training materials provided by Flextronics GBE and make Lean training materials in Chinese. /根据伟创力GBE提供的英文精益生产培训材料翻译并且制作中文精益生产培训材料。
- Assists to conduct Lean promotion activities. /协助开展公司各种精益生产推广活动。
- Update company Lean Manufacturing Procedure and Lean Guide Line. /制作和更新公司精益生产程序文件及精益生产手册。

Job requirements:
- College graduated or above. 大专毕业或以上。
- Complete Lean knowledge training. 受过精益知识培训。
- Good supply chain knowledge and experience. / 有足够的供应链知识及经验。
- Good communication skill with all level people. / 良好的沟通能力
- Good English reading and writing ability./ 良好的英语读写能力。
- Proficient on Industrial Engineering. 精通IE的知识。
- Proficient on Lean and IE tools．/精通Lean和IE相关改善工具。
- Above 4 years work experience in Lean or relative. /4年以上精益生产或相关工作经验。
