岗位职责

1、协助上级维护、完善企业文化体系；

2、按照企业文化建设发展规划，起草、编写、完善各种企业文化宣传推广资料；

3、组织各项员工活动，促进企业文化传播；

4、参与公司内部刊物的编辑、策划和出版发行；

5、配合培训部门做好新员工企业文化教育工作；

6、搜集整理内外部反馈建议，协助评估公司企业文化建设的现状。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，广告设计及中文相关专业；

2、2年以上大中型企业文化建设经验；

3、具有较强的写作能力；

4、具有平面设计能力；
