1、负责来宾接待、电话接听/转接、会务安排，做好工作信息的记录、整理、建档；

2、协助组织公司各种活动和会议；

3、协助公司文档资料整理，文件打印、复印等；

4、负责员工的考勤管理，并确保办公区域的环境整洁、美观；

5、负责员工的后勤保障工作，包括办公用品发放登记、名片印制、公共设备的清洁保养等；

6、负责公司微信平台的推送工作；

7、协助设计物料整理；

8、公司领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、一年以上相关工作经验，行政管理、室内设计及相关专业毕业，有一定的文化艺术修养；

2、踏实勤奋，待人大方周到，工作主动细致，责任心、服务及保密意识强，沟通协调、应变能力好，执行力佳，具有良好的团队协作精神；

3.熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，具备基本商务信函写作能力及较强的书面和口头表达能力；

4.熟练运用PS平面排版及OFFICE等办公软件及办公设备；

5.工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直；

6.在室内设计、软装设计公司工作过的优先。
