1. 以客户需求为导向，了解客户对于产品工艺性能的要求，技术难点，制作产品规范，提高产品意识，积极推进项目进度。

2. 积极与供应商对接，了解供应商在工艺制造商的难点，在满足设计需求的前提下，降低供应商制造门槛，实现快速、低损、易生产。

3.积极与公司内部采购及QC沟通，了解设计、成型、加工的关联需求，加强协同沟通能力，提高团队协同作战意识

任职要求：

1.3年以上五金行业从业经验，熟悉五金产品加工工艺，如冲压/CNC/压铸/钣金/电镀/烤漆等，对五金加工工艺良率关键影响点能有效识别把控。

2. 熟悉 Auto CAD等设计软件,能根据客户理念设计产品。

3.具备较强的制程分析判断能力、关注成本控制、沟通能力、决策能力。

4. 良好的沟通协调能力。

5.良好的英语读写能力。
