Responsibilities:

• Project management on all phases of the project (goal clarification, work breakdown structure, resource requirements, sequencing, scheduling, developing and executing the project plan) in region
• Create regional project plans – communicate with local team to align with global project plan, time lines, risk analysis, communication plans, and project related documentation
• Document and communicate project changes – it include business side ,  supply chain side, as well as making the needed adjustment to meet global project plan
• Form local project team, and lead local project team members to align and meet Global project objectives and timeline. 
• Own the overall communication to global stakeholders and interaction plan for the project team in the region (which includes communicating with team, team meetings, and stakeholder reviews )
• Utilize project management tools and approaches to improve project efficiency
• Facilitate local project team communication meeting/call within region, to ensure local project team communication is clear and effective
• Collaborate with US side responsible PS, China PS,  Global BU Supply Chain leader,  regional technical leader, regional Supply Chain leaders, procurement, quality and CM associates, etc. in order to better support the project
• Ensure contract manufacturer successfully completes key project deliverables (ex. Communicate key deliverables and dates, Prepare checklist for CM audits, conduct CM readiness reviews, etc)

• Identify risks and barriers to the project plan and lead team to address them.  Communicate issues from project management or risk perspective to Global BU Supply Chain leader /regional supply chain leader and US side PS/ region business leader; Coordinate with US side PS , region PS in China and appropriate ops leaders regarding customer visits or audits of Gore or CM sites in the region 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in technical field, supply chain management, or business
• Minimum 5 years' Working experience in OPS or Supply Chain functions (board SCM exposure)
• Minimum 3 years' project management experience communicating with global project manager related to New Product Development or New Part Introduction
• English and Chinese Language – Verbal and written fluency
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive teams to meet objectives
• Effective communication and listening skills, including communicating with global teams
• Influence Skills (influence and solve the situation where need to reduce project time)
• Detail oriented and accuracy in data analysis
• Ability to handle rapid changes requiring fast decision making
• Willingness to travel periodically

Desired Qualifications:

• Project management certificate
• Experience with oversea project management, also play Leadership Role
• Knowledgeable of mobile electronics market
