Business Development Manager- Carkit 12V & Retail channel (whole China)

JOB PURPOSE :

Develop Company business in hands free and in-vehicle infotainment product range Focus on 12V and retail channel

MISSIONS :

- Explore and Find new customers in 12V channel (Car tuning, 4S shops…)

- Explore and find new customer in car radio and car accessories retail channel

- Maintain existing customers and develop business with them

- Negotiate the right contract/ terms with them in respect with global MSRP

- Display and ensure good location of merchandising tools in retail shops

- Work with Marketing team to define promotion campaign to enhance sales

- Provide the right support to customers

Responsibilities :

- Meet Sales revenues

- Increase number of customers

- Develop Company brand

Targets :

Increase sales revenues and enlarge customers panel for hands free and in-vehicle infotainment product

EXPERIENCE :

10/15 years experience in automotive electronic accessories sales, know perfectly this market, have already business contact

Educated level: College or above

REQUIRED SKILLS : Fighter and optimist

Negotiation and communication skill

Working background: Having past experience in automotive is a must, knowledge on mobile phone or high tech would be a plus

LANGUAGES : Good command of written and oral English
