工作职责：

1. 负责主持公司内部财务各岗位人员完成日常各项财务核算管理活动；
2. 负责统筹、税务年检、年审或其他相关外务事宜；
3. 建立并完善本公司科学、规范、合理的会计核算和财务管理体系；
4. 制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；
5. 责对财务人员进行考核、培训、辅导、协调等工作；
6. 负责公司的全盘财务及税务工作；
7. 公司领导层安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 财务管理、经融管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 英语邮件沟通、日常沟通；
3. 熟练应用相关财务系统、OFFICE等办公软件；
4. 大中型企业同等岗位3年以上工作经验；
5. 精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验，熟悉国家会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
6. 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验，具备优秀的统计能力和财务分析能力，能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题；
7. 财务知识扎实及较强组织协调能力，良好沟通能力、有耐心及细心、具备管理及工作指导能力。
