岗位职责：

1.负责来宾接待及会议室统筹管理（会议室协调及会务准备）；

2.日常行政工作，公共物资保管及派发，办公场所环境维护及易耗品订购等；

3.协助员工入离职手续的办理（考勤录入、考勤统计、现场出勤管理、试用合同签订资料准备）；

4.负责公司通讯录及时更新。

5.负责公司各类办公用品采购统计，实施及发放；邮件及特快专递的接收、领取、寄发；

6.负责公司总机电话的接听、记录及传达，员工生日会活动安排；

8.上级临时交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1.形象气质佳，具备基本的商务礼仪；

2.熟练应用office 办公软件；

3.普通话标准，具备良好的语言表达能力；

4.性格开朗外向，具备良好的服务意识和保密意识，责任心强，良好的执行能力；

5.有活动组织经验及英文良好者优先。
