Book keeping for daily transactions including sales, purchase, staff reimbursement and all others.

· Invoicing: issue VAT Fapiao

· Accounts Payable: prepare and post payment to supplier /employees

· Travel expenses check and review

· General ledger booking

· Maintain and prepared related tax records

· Maintain accounting-related documents and records

· Assist internal audit and co-operation with external auditor

· Conduct inventory counting

· Generate financial reports as required by finance instruction

· Follow the compliance of legal and tax regulation, group Finance Instructions and SOX control

· Follow the instruction from Accounting Manager and senior management

· Support other departments to carry out daily business

· Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Word.

· Guaranteed attendance of more than 3 days per week
