2、能看懂机械图纸，熟悉标准件，外购件装配应用。能够对照图纸进行设备组装，调试，在组装过程中发现问题及时上报处理。

3、组装前能够对照图纸根据要求对零部件进行检查，确认有无错漏，制定组装顺序，以达到预期装配效果和装配质量。

4、装配环境必须保持清洁，工具使用摆放整齐，做好整理、整顿工作。对组装好的设备做好清理清洁工作，出货前的封装打包。

5、工作经验要求：3-5年相关工作经验

6、学历要求：高中以上或相关机械专业，年龄25-40岁。
