Job Description:
-Buy Planning: Break down annual budgets and help to rationalize new stores; Hightlight seasonal trend and analyse size; evaluate full price&discounted sales.

-Range Release: Compare to competitors and prepare retail & pricing file for the Planning Director; create supplier order forms and monitor schedule appointments; ensure catalogues are priced &distributed as required.

-Order Precess: Compile orders for retail and send orders to suppliers; track order confirmation and solve the customer’s doubts.

-Stock Management: Analyse sales & stock and ensure stores have adequates stock levels for best sellers; suggest in season purchases from supplier lists.

-Reporting: Run availability reports to assess performance and minimise out of stock situations; conduct monthly e-commerce & compertitor store analysis.

Konwledge and skill requirement:
-Degree in Business with Business management/statistics/marking as a major.
-Proven 2-3 years working experience as a Planner.
-Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Arthur planning.
-Good organisational and interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation skills.
-A high degree of merchant thinking and decision-making ability.
-To be service orientated and a self-motivated individual.
-Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
-Exellent English ability in both speaking and writing.
