（1）根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统筹各部门的招聘需求，编制年度、月度人员招聘计划。 

（2）负责招聘信息的发布、人员的甄选、笔试、初试等面试安排，执行整个招聘流程，拓展招聘渠道。完善人才库信息，做好人才储蓄。

（3）协助人事经理完善岗位说明书。

（4）负责公司固定资产的管理，做好资产的登记、保管和处理。

（5）负责公司车辆管理，做好用车登记、保险购买及违章处理。

（6）负责公司证照的使用和管理。

（7）及时准确的更新公司座机通讯录；

（8）完成领导交办的其他工作。
