The position is very varied and no one day is ever the same. The post holder will be part of a team of people who will be focused on delivering the most efficient and professional service with all those they come into contact with, performing projects and account management of strategic customers, to ensure total customer satisfaction. Manage assigned channel partners or clients to meet targets and ensure total customer satisfaction

    

    

Key responsibilities:

    

1. Act as first customer interface on all operational issues e.g. new order booking, RMA, QA, credit discrepancy, expedite, delivery issues etc. Working with appropriate internal departments you will coordinate resolving operational service issues for assigned customers.

    

2. Understands pending business opportunities funnel with win/loss tracking.
3. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for product offerings.
4. Support sales & marketing team in all operational/administrative requirements.

    

5. Participate in driving the assigned sales branch/regional management goals, objectives and initiatives.
6. Manage customers daily and respond to Customer and follow up on TURNS and BUY quotes to convert to Orders timely.
8. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

    

    

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 3 years of related experience (inside sales, account management, project management)
3. Service oriented attitude, superior interpersonal and communication skills. Highly developed sense of responsiveness, both timely and complete.
4. Good spoken and written English is a must.
5. Applicants must be able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel programs efficiently, knowledge of SAP B1 will be a plus.
6. Can work under pressure, possess positive attitude, be proactive, meticulous and a team player.
7. Attention to detail; Great follow-up skills; Working experience in sales support, customer service or inside sales
8. Good problems solving skills
