（1）负责公司的行政、后勤工作,保障公司能够顺利地开展各项工作,确保公司的安全稳定,正常运作；

（2）协助人事经理建立和完善行政后勤管理的各项规章制度，并负责监督、执行与追踪；

（3）负责公司的办公环境，安全日常管理监督工作，确保后勤保障得力；

（4）负责公司的资产管理工作，包括公司车辆管理，避免公司资产流失和浪费，努力为公司做好勤检节约的实务工作；

（5）定期组织团队建设和企业文化建设；

（6）负责公司证照的使用和管理。

（7）公司领导安排的其他工作事项；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，行政管理、文秘、工商管理相关专业；                  

2、二年以上同岗位工作经验，有文旅行业经验优先考虑；

3、具有良好的沟通协调能力、公文写作能力、亲和力和服务意识，较强的责任心强；

工作时间：9:00-12:00,13:30-18:30，周末双休
