Requirements:
1. Junior College degree or above, majored in Adminitration/Management/Secretarial, Experience in assistant/admin. is a MUST;
2. Being responsible and proactive with the work;
3. Fluent English, both written and oral English, adapt to the English working environment;
4. Use computer and common office software skillfully;

Responsibilities:
1. Print, photocopying, sorting and file all documents;
2. Take care of the office environment and facilities, including parts and tools;
3. Receive the visitors/customers and arrange the hotels/cars;
4. Assist on office daily expense payment affairs: check and keep records for all kinds of bills/invoices and cash expense report;
5. Sales and engineer service support;
6. Customer payment reminder;
7. Other tasks assigned by manager.
