PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
·Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
·Minimum of 3 years experience in R&D and / or Product development in CNC machinery industry
·Familiar with the use of Auto CAD, Pro-E and other similar engineering design software
·Good communication skills in written and spoken English
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
·Working with sales to review and understand customer requirement for the product
·Review the drawing and submit DFM and Modify design to fit with Customer specific applications and production

process
·Review and approve FA or PPAP and send samples to customer
·Audit and approve the CNC process for new product
·Review and approve FA or PPAP and send the samples to customer
·Customer focused and able to work cross functionally to meet customer requirements.
