Job Description:

1. Supply base management. Including suppliers rationalization and consolidation, make strategy for in charged commodity which consistent with business targets. Establish robust supply base to ensure the continuous supply and best total cost. (LT, Price, Flexibility, capacity, relationship…etc.) . Maintain Approved Vendor List.

2. New product introduction, sourcing new suppliers or conduct RFQ among existing suppliers to optimize supply plan; do necessary First Article Inspection for new products; early practices prior to Production to achieve product launch and ramp-up schedules. Drive supplier tooling, process qualifications, and capacity plans

3. Continuous supply management. Closely monitoring the supply and early catch potential risk, take timely action to eliminate risks, avoid impact the revenue.

4. Drive total cost reductions. Cost structure analysis and identify cost reduction opportunity without sacrifice to quality and performance; and coordinate the CR project until full implementation.

5. Supplier performance management, develop supplier for continuous improvement. Lead periodically Supplier Business Review (SBR) to improve the speed and flexibility, cost and quality of the supply chain to align with internal and external customer expectations;

6. Supplier relationship management. Work closely with strategic suppliers, build up smooth communication and good relationship, make sure can leverage high priority supporting.

7. Technical interference: Provide necessary support for purchasing orders; new product technical compliance review; partnering with strategic suppliers to develop and expand new technologies within products to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by; improving current quality levels, i.e., product reliability analysis; Technology development; Raw material sourcing (pass through pricing);

Requirement:

? A Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering.

? 8~10 years Supply Chain Management experience.

? Professional experience in mechanical parts(stamp, machining, precision plastic…etc)

? Experienced in creation, negotiation, and administration of contracts;

? Good teamwork, project management and communication skills

? Be fluent in Mandarin and English written and orally;

? Be able to support business travel (20~30%)
