Responsibilities:

? Drive management and implementation of talent acquisition, recruitment and HR strategy in China to ensure development of best in class local team, very strong culture and a super productive and collaborative working environment.

? Build a best in class recruitment and HR processes.

? Data centric goal planning and performance management.

? Strategize and successfully work through significant HR, operational, legal & regulatory, and other challenges in order to achieve success for clients and our team.

Job Requirements:

? Top tier education: Top tier bachelor degree (required) / post-graduate degree (preferred), from a 985/211 Chinese University, and/or a top tier overseas university.

? Top tier relevant work experience over time: Top tier relevant work experience within theinternet, technology or IoT industries. 7-15+ years of executive search, recruitment and HRexperience. B2B recruiting experience preferred.

? Strong management skillsAt least 2-3 years in management positions where candidate has demonstrated successful team management and leadership skills.

? Proven execution capabilities in mainland China?: Excellent understanding and proven track record in the Chinese market. Have have recruited successfully for companies in the technology, IoT, hardware & software, SaaS or related industries in mainland China.

? Entrepreneurial experience?: Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to overcome challenges in uncertain conditions. Entrepreneurial and (or) intrapreneurial (entrepreneurship within a firm) experience is a strongly preferred.
