卓嘉传播诚聘《逸居新西兰》责任编辑若干名，该岗位为培养岗位。

岗位职责：

1. 负责撰写相关项目及媒体平台的文案，包括软文、新闻稿、人物专访、策划案、品牌文案等；

2. 负责搜集整理项目所涉及的各类资料，包括广告、文案的搜集，并建立资料库

3. 配合市场部的品牌宣传、策划等工作；

4. 协助管理规定板块的日常工作，为协助市场部完成经营指标起到推动作用；

5. 对杂志内容选材做方向性的把握，确定杂志各个栏目的大体内容；

6. 分析自身及竞争对手产品，能够快速响应市场反馈，调整产品内容；

7. 了解市场需求，行业动态和热点话题，配合其他部门推广杂志内容；

8. 组织杂志选题会议，根据行业新闻聚点、公司推广策略、部门人员建议，确定杂志选题方向，校对、审批部门所出所有文案；

9. 组织编辑部人员校对杂志，并确保公司杂志按时、保质出版；

10. 协调、维护与工作相关部门的关系，建立畅通的沟通渠道，确保各项工作的有序开展。

任职要求：

1. 中文、新闻、大众传播、营销等相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上网站/杂志编辑工作经验。

2. 熟悉新闻撰写、发布、传播等各个环节的运作方式，熟悉新闻、公告、策划案、合作方案等文案的写作方式，熟悉微博、论坛、微信、技术群体等新媒体营销手段。有良好的沟通协调及项目管理能力，执行能力强，能承受较强的工作压力

3.熟悉中国及海外房地产、经济、金融等专业领域的基础知识；

4. 拥有新西兰留学及工作经验者优先考虑。

工作时间：

中国时间：周一至周五 上午8：30—12:00 下午13:30—17:30 周末双休 （因时差造成的加班等临时性工作安排需酌情配合）

新西兰时间：周一至周五 上午8：30—12:00 下午13:30—17:30 周末双休

新西兰办公地点：54 Ponsonby Road, Auckland, NewZealand

中国办公地点：面议

We are alocal marketing agency and Chinese publisher that produces daily updates onvarious social media platforms and publishes a bi-annual magazine. We arecurrently looking for a Chinese editor to join our creative team.

Responsibilitiesinclude: plan contents according to the publication's style, editorial policyand publishing requirements; ensure the contents meet the needs of audiences;plan content layout; edit and proofread contents; check contents againstvarious guidelines and legal requirements; oversee publication production suchas artwork, layout, computer typesetting and printing; train writers andeditorial staff and ensure audience adherence.

For thisrole, you will need:

· Familiar with Asian Culture and local Chinese community

· Adept Chinese writing skills

· Good social perceptiveness

· Can think creatively and critically

· Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Good communications skills (English & Mandarin or Cantonese)

· Knowledge and interest in property investment and development,property buying, commerce, popular culture new advertising trends andtechniques is a plus

· Candidates with a minimum of 3 years professional experiencein journalism, editing, copywriting, advertisement, creative or media industrywill be given high priority.
