• 岗位职责：

1.） 根据公司SOP流程要求，负责处理日常空/海运操作

2.） 负责指定货客户的有效沟通以及指定货物的确认和操作跟踪    

3.） 及时了解客户需求，提供相关建议和解决方案    

4.） 及时有效处理客户投诉和突发事件

  

• 岗位要求：

1.）物流及相关专业在校学生 

2.）客户服务意识强，具备良好的沟通技巧  

3.）具备基本的英文听说读写能力    

4）一周能保证三天以上上班，特殊情况可另外请假

• 表现优异者实习期满有机会转正
