岗位职责    （该职位可选石岩工厂运营二部或南山科技园运营一部工作）

1、负责阿里巴巴国际站后台的总体运营，提高店铺的点击率和转化率；

2、查看分析阿里的后台数据并优化；

3、上传新产品信息及优化原有信息以达到排名靠前；

4、熟悉产品优化，图片优化；

5、熟悉阿里巴巴推广，策划并制定网络店铺及产品的推广方案。

任职资格

1、有一年以上阿里巴巴国际站后台操作经验；

2、熟悉阿里巴巴流程和规则，热爱网络营销推广工作，性格随和细心，能吃苦耐劳；

3、良好的策划能力和项目执行能力；

4、对工作有严苛的完美要求，敢于提倡创新，工作耐心，细致，认真，能承受一定的工作压力；

5、流利的英文书写能力。
