Job description:

? As mechanical engineer to work with ID designer and creative engineer for all mechanical designs for headphone or loudspeaker. 

? Work with R&D team and provide mechanical design for new products. 

? Provide valuable inputs for product designer on product specification definition.

? Work with vendor’s engineer to draft the improvement solution for product mechanical design and tooling design and make sure it approved before implementation. 

? Lead mock-up sample making and work with vendor and design team for design improvement.

? Lead all mechanical part’s review and approval.

? Lead the communication with design team for mechanical design and make sure the vendor’s engineer understood the design requirements.

? Support NPI team and production team to product change implementation. 

Job qualification:

? Bachelor of engineering in mechanical design or above. 

? At least 5 years of working experience in mechanical design, at least 2 years for headphone or speaker, and 3 years working as tooling engineer.

? Familiar with software for mechanical design, e.g. ProE, autoCAD. 

? Good knowledge of tooling design for metal and plastic. 

? Familiar with design process and project management.

? Good personality and strong communication/negotiation skill.

? Good teamwork with vendors and design team.

? Work under high pressure and frequent travel to contracted manufacture (in Guangdong).

? Good in English reading, speaking and writing.
