职位描述
一、任职条件：
1、具有大学美术专业的专科以上学历的文凭。
2、具有五年以上从事产品概念（ID)设计和平面设计方面的实战经验。
3、能熟练运用艺术中的几个基本软件（ACAD、Photoshop、CoreIDRAW等）。
4、具有良好的沟通能力、协调、组织、指挥能力。
5、有一定的口头表达能力和文字功底，能针对公司不同部门人员进行审美知识传授。
6、要求思维活跃、敏锐，有开拓创新精神。
二、岗位职责：
1、制订产品设计策略和计划（如：市场定位、风格走向等）
①组织市场调研，分析款式设计潮流和流行趋势
②与直营店、内外销售部和办事处客户进行需求沟通，准确掌握客户需求（如：营销部门所提供客人反馈意见作为参考，并主动与营销部沟通，尽量多了解顾客的心理动态等）。
③根据企业和品牌的整体发展战略，确定季度、年度产品发展目标，策略和市场计划（如：产品开发、产品延续与延伸，根据产品延伸路线采取针对性的开发计划）。
2、外部联系：
①协调部门的内存外关系。
②参与组织展会布置设计，公司装修设计、年公等宣传设计等。
