Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team for dcoumentation of quotation
• Follow-Up with concerned office for Process/Progrss status
• Inform customers of shipment status ( readiness of shipment, information from supplier)
• Coordinate with co-operations, sales, pricing and finance department to meet operational requirements
• Ensure timely resolution of any discrepancy in invoicing
• Ensure prompt and effetive resolution of customer complains, and escalate issues to immediate superior whenever required
• Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with internal & external customers
• Schedule visit to the customer (with sales personnel)on a regular basit
• Facilitate the growth of existing

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain,business management or equivalent
• Fluency in Chinese and English language is a must ( written and spoken)
• Good knowledge and practical experience in Mocrosoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Admimistration skills
• Basic knowledge of shipping, logistics & freight forwarding
• Team player - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
• Strong organization skills
