Job Duties

1.Manage School information technology and computer systems (Windows Server 2008/2012, Exchange 2010/2013, Linux based system, Network Devices, familiar with windows domain)

2.Plan, organize, control and evaluate School IT daily operations

3.Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance

4.Implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

5.Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

6.Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

7.Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

8.Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Required Skills / Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in information technology, security, computer science, MIS or similar field

2.Proven working experience as an IT supervisor or relevant experience

3.Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

4.High level of customer support experience

5.Hands-on experience with windows server system, virtual machine system, computer networks, network administration and network installation

6.Ability to manage personnel

7.Good Communication and interpersonal skills including relationship building, listening and questioning.

8.Good English, both spoken and written

9.Advantage with Microsoft, VMware, Cisco certifications
