Responsibilities:

1. New products & tooling development of zinc die casting projects.

2. Join suppliers for the new tooling design and development, make proposal to the mould constructions and do monitoring of the tooling and sample schedules.

3. Check the T1 / T2… samples, conducting, preparing and verify all measurement reports,

4. Work together with suppliers to find out the defects and get solutions for the improvements.

5. Report to Project Manager, this includes design & propose measuring gauges & fixtures whenever required, communicate with novia Germany for the projects status.

6. Debugging engineering, potential quality problems prior to production, do trouble shooting and report the project difficulties to Project Manager and novia Germany.

7. Quality: Inspection support to QC team

8. Frequent travel within China is required

熟悉锌合金压铸工艺，有压铸产品表面电镀铬经验并愿意频繁出差开平区域的应征者优先考虑。

Requirements:

1. Good English speaking, reading and writing, Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus

2. Very good experience of die casting mould making and zinc die casting production process,

  Be familiar with casting part surface treatment such as polishing and chrome plating.

3. Good experience in project management, engineering background,

graduated in engineering school with major related to mechanical design.

4. Initiative, reliable, good communication skills

5. Comfortable working independently as well as working in a multicultural team

6. Proficiency MS Office software application & 2D, 3D drawing and design
