Key Responsibilities:

-            Build 360 degree business relationship with accounts from executives to sales reps.

-            Develop business plan together with accounts, help and push them delivered.

-            Coordinate internal resources to support the business growth and account strategy.

-            Achieve key objectives and business targets thru account management.

-            Identify new business development opportunities thru a continuous management of relationship, customer understanding and consultative selling approach.

-            Team-play with HQ team/cross-function teams.

Requirements;

-            Enriched product sales experience, large account/channel management skills.

-            Good understanding and know-how on market of high end products.

-            Professional communication skills to align resources and cross-function collaboration;

-            Ability to interface and empathize with key customers at various levels and functions.

-            Good planning and solid execution skills required.

-            IT/Electronics/High-end home appliance/robot related background is preferred.

-            At least 28 years old, Bachelor degree, office and data skill.

-            MNC experience would be preferred.
