Duty & Responsibility:

1. Maintenance QA – Audit the production lines and factory team of PTE and verification of repair jobs. - QA and management skill are required.

2. Solder recycle production - Look after the solder recycle production. – Production management skill and knowledge of solder recycle machine are required

3. CE workshop – Manage and support the fixture and tester built by CE. – Metal workshop management skill and experience of small fixture and tester build are required.

4. PGS monitoring – Spare parts site management and liaison between PGS and other users.

5. To manage cooperate with purchasing of equipment and fixtures team to make internal "make" or "buy" proposal for equipment and fixtures and proposes the right outsourced cost.

6. Equipment part verification with operations and PTE if actually the reported parts are really got repaired and approve for the budget

7. To support automation projects within the factory

8. Maintain the CE equipments inventory and in good shape

9. Prepare internal quotes for the request from PGS for fixtures and tooling

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Automation engineering with design background in Electronic and mechanical products.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Equipment engineering, Preventive maintenance, spare parts accounting strong technical capability, analytical capability, and good knowledge in workshop and tooling room

- Fluent in oral and written English, preferably at CET-6. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required.

- Experience in managing the workshop and cooperates with purchasing of equipment and fixtures team to make internal "make" or "buy" proposal for equipment and fixtures and proposes the right outsourced cost.

 公交线;
1.由深圳方向经南头关口可坐310/337/338/362/331公共汽车到沙井上南加油站下车,然后再坐摩托车(5元)到王氏华高,或到红天地职业介绍所门口乘M254路到万丰工业区站下,直走100米王氏华高科技厂；
2.或在南头关可坐615路直达万丰派出所。
