職位：客戶服務主任

職位描述：

?協助PO管理維護主要帳戶活動。

?及時記錄所有聯繫點的出貨信息。

?按照設定的KPI，準確地第一時間輸入數據

?編譯和排序文檔以掃描圖像和文檔，以便快速輸入數據。

?更新並追踪海運和空運貨物的預訂詳細信息和文檔集，以及系統中的目標日期。

?與內部和外部保持聯繫，確保所有報告得到跟進及準確。

?其他工作和任務

要求：

?至少2年全球貨運代理公司工作經驗，其中包括至少1年的PO管理經驗。

?強大的溝通能力

?強大的數據管理能力;

?英語方面熟練;

?具解決問題的技巧

?精於電腦技能 – 如Excel

?善於時間管理

Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

• Assist in PO Management for maintaining the premium accounts activities.

• Record shipment information across all touch points in timely manner.

• Enter data accurately the first time, every time in accordance with the set KPI

• compiling and sorting documents to scanning images and documents for swift data entry.

• Update and chase booking detail and documentation set for ocean & air freight shipments, towards the target dates in the system.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all reports are followed and corrected.

• Other jobs and tasks assigned by reported manager

  Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in global freight forwarding company which include at least 1-year experience in PO management area.

• Strong ability to communicate

• Strong data management capability;

• Proficiency in English;

• Problem shooting and resolve skill

• Excellent computer skills - advanced Excel Skills
• Outstanding time management
