SUMMARY

Our new team member will be joining Acorn Entertainment in the US. This candidate’s main responsibility will be signing deals with celebrity, athlete and brand clients to provide our unique social media service offering in China. This candidate will be working closely with the Chinese team to achieve maximum results. We are looking for a great individual who is a self-starter, highly driven, aggressive and passionate about our global business.

  

POSITION

Sales Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  

· Work with the senior management team to build and execute sales strategies and processes.

  

· Work closely with the senior management team to develop celebrity and brand targeted lists, marketing strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

  

· Aggressively prospect for new clients leveraging his or her own existing business relationships or through cold calls/emails.

  

· Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.

  

· Report on weekly activity.

  

· Achieve or exceed bi-monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities, Appointments and Closed.

  

· Provide feedback and insights from clients to the China team to help to grow a better service offering.

  

REQUIRED SKILLS


· Proven commercial leadership with sales experience at start-ups or high growth industry business.

  

· Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual.

  

· Work independently in pursuing leads/revenue targets.

  

· Experienced in working with business in different countries and time zones.

  

· Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  

· Resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.

  

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  

· Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
