职位描述
岗位职责
1.负责整个项目流程的梳理及协调工作；
2.对产品经理给到的新项目发起立项并启动，调配人员进行项目的开展工作；
3.熟悉3C数码配件行业，如保护壳，钢化膜，功能类产品，控制和完成新项目产品的设计和工艺设计，会看图，对模具件能独立完成评估，能把控风险；
4、对专力有一定的认知；
5.新产品标准制定并协助品质完善企业标准；
6.懂市场调研，分析竞争状况；（竞品分析文档），结合自身资源与满足用户需求的匹配程度（技术、市场资源、营运资源），制定该阶段的目标（发现创新、改进产品的机会），再输出文档（商业需求文档BRD、市场需求文档MRD）来制定产品规划；
任职要求：
1.具备洞察分析能力，对市场熟悉，反应能力快；
2.有一定管理技能，如会计划，组织，目标制定，授权能力；
3.具备强烈的应变能力，号召力，影响力，沟通能力；
4.对产品专业知识有一定了解，可以独挡一面，可以控制整个产品成本，品质，交期；
5.具备一定开发能力及资料开发，可以撑控供应链；
6.具备潮流前线的眼光，对各种时尚元素有认识；
7.自我管理能力（情绪管理、时间管理、目标管理、知识管理）
8.专业技能：PRT提交（实现方式的讲述）区别和使用；
9.懂用户体验设计；
