• Responsible for the integrity of all financial records in accordance with PRC-GAAP and tax law as well as US-GAAP
• Perform month end / quarter end/year end closing, Prepare monthly financial statements in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place, work with external auditor and also tax consultants
• Work with Regional Finance team for GL related issues

任职要求：

• University degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 8 years’ working experience and at least 5 years’ experience in GL and Tax function

• CPA certification is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing accounting

• Good knowledge of Tax

• Solid understanding of PRC local statutory accounting requirements and tax regulations (VAT, CIT, Other misc. tax )for manufacturing plants

• Experience in customs procedures and foreign exchange control regulations (SAFE)

• US-GAAP knowledge

• Experience in ERP systems (JDEdwards E1 preferred)

• Proficiency in Excel

• Understanding of business intelligence tools (Cognos, Discoverer etc.)

• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Comfortable working in an unstructured environment and managing changing priorities

• Hands-on

• Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening)

• Possesses strong passion, curiosity, initiative and work ethic

• Strong positive influencing skills, ability to lead the monthly, quarterly, yearly closing and gain consensus from key stakeholders.
