职位描述
职责 :
- 货代操作一条龙服务经验
- 在收到海外办事处 / 海外代理 发送的订单后,联系托运人进行订舱
- 向海外办事处 / 海外代理发送舱单
- 与船公司/同行订舱，并发送装船时间给客户/海外代理
- 及时放SO给客户
- 回复客户/代理的询价及问题
- 处理客户的投诉
- 在需要时为团队提供支持
- 跟随上级指派的其他任务
要求 :
- 1年以上的物流/货运操作经验
- 大专以上学历
- 良好的英文书写能力
- 积极主动，对工作有强烈的ownership
- 有良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神
- 愿意学习
- 良好的PC技能,包括但不限于Microsoft Word,Excel和PowerPoint
