Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Engineering’s equipment purchasing, receiving, and tracking.

• Coordinate with Finance, Sourcing, and technical staff to develop equipment tracking processes.

• Maintain and modify Excel database of purchased equipment.

• Coordinate with technical teams to maintain equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.

• Ship and track equipment that has been transferred or sent out for repair.

• Maintain records for location and status of equipment.

• Maintain records and track products and “golden samples” in storage.

• Review technical details of proposed equipment and follow up with technical teams.

• Setup and manage multiple Engineering labs (storage, calibration, maintenance, etc.).

• Call equipment vendors to track status of undelivered equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS in technical discipline strongly preferred.

• Technical understanding of engineering lab equipment.

• Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated attention to results.

• Very good verbal and written English skills.

• Very good Excel skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems with a minimal amount of supervision.

• Ability to work with others to develop effective processes.

• Proactive and a strong bias for action.

• Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.

• Excellent listening skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Previous supervision skills a plus.

• Engineering experience a plus.
