Job description

1.Create inspection criteria for quality inspectors; including set up of electrical testers;

2.Handling & follow up corrective actions for weekly/monthly quality meeting;

3.Follow up all things related in quality field in new product introduction phase including criteria definition;

4.Quality issue handling, like quarantine case, rework issue and material issue;

5.Lead, train and instruct quality supervisors in assembly lines or mechanical work shop;

6.Can judge if a product is good or not good based on defined criteria;

7.Daily quality inspection job arrangement;

8.Production issue handling and material issue handling including WH check, blocked parts and materials;

9.Good knowledge of electricity and mechanical principles；Good understanding of electric and mechanical drawings;

10.Check and approve Quality inspection records (First sample approvals,）;

11.Reporting to general manager;

Job requirement:

1.Technical (Bachelor or master) education degree, Engineering degree related (EE or ME preferred);

2.More than 6 years quality management experience;

3.Know basic electricity and mechanical principle;

4.Can read and understand the electric and mechanical drawing;

5.Familiar with the processes of Income Quality inspection (IQC),In-process quality control (IPQC) and outwards quality assurance (OQA);

6.Strong feel of responsibility and Quality, Good communication skills;

7.Can work under great pressure;

8.Work experience in electrical or mechanical manufacturing is a plus;

9.Good command of English, CET 4 or above;

2、完成品质异常与客诉的处理；

3、完成品质管理文件的建立与运行；

4、品保团队的组织与管理工作；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，电子类相关专业；

2、三年以上LED产品品质管理经验；

3、熟悉LED照明产品生产工艺和质量管理流程；

4、有较为系统的品质管理知识；

5、精通生产制程品质控制重点；

6、熟悉品质管理手法及客诉处理流程；

7、有丰富的现场品质管理经验；

8、具有极强的沟通、协调能力和工作责任心；
