§ Purpose of the Position

Support the supervisor to work together more effectively to play the core role of Credit Control and AR management, support to decrease the company DSO and open risk.

§ Main Tasks

1. Responsible to do credit assessment to customers, and ensure the continuous credit risk control.

2.By credit control and analysis, screen the credit risk of customers timely and execute related control action with the alignment from supervisor.

3.Execute order control and releasing orders in SAP by proper approval.

4.Drive AR collection by the b-weekly due AR action plan and the month collection meeting with Sales divisions.

5.Support supervisor in complication of monthly credit performance report, and AR Aging analysis report.

6.Monitor & Analyze collection trends and identify debt issues at en early stage of resolution.

7.Liaise with Accounting team to ensure the AR and invoice due date was correctly booked.

8.Build effective relations with Sales Admin and sales managers, closely work with Order Processing to make daily operation smoothly.

9.Support commercial manager to enhance the credit control process, and other related projects if any.

§ Requirements Profile

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance, business, etc.

2. Overdue 5 years credit control and AR management experience, and related SAP experience.

3. High analytical skills.

4. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of enployees.

5. Strong negotiation skill and good communication skills.

6. Fluent speaking and written English

7. Good at Word, Excel and PPT
