Final inspection for every PO and make sure all products meet or exceed requirements.
In process inspection and test if required for new programs.
Work closely with Liberty Engineering group and provide technical support as needed
Work with QA Engineer to come up with corrective actions plan for quality issue.
Factory management and work with QA Engineer to set up in house quality system.
Sample or data collection and perform initial approval.
It would be preferred if you have any inspection experience on any of the products listed below.
1. Glue Guns
2. Glue sticks
3. Rivet tools
4. Rivets
5. Staples
a. Steel Wire properties
6. Nails
a. Steel Wire properties
7. Manual staple guns
a. Manufactured with stamped steel, plastic or die cast housing
8. Electric & Cordless tools
a. Experience with Staple and or Nail guns is a plus
b. PCB design Knowledge
c. Lithium-ion battery cell properties & technology
9. Pneumatic tools
a. Experience with Staple and or Nail guns is a plus
b. General knowledge of pneumatic tool design and compressor design
10. Mfg experience with Injection molded parts
11. Mfg experience with stamped steel component parts
12. Mfg experience with Die Cast Molding
a. Experience with aluminum or similar metal alloys
13. Other hardware items:
a. Grommets
b. Screws
c. Clips and Fasteners

Bachelor's Degree majored in Mechanical Engineering, 3 years related work experience with multinational company, hardware industry knowledge in Quality Assurance field.
