1. 通过KA服务, 将客户维护好，提高客户满意度，在现有客户中发现新航线，新客户，保证部门GP增长最大化

By KA service, maintain the on-hand key accounts and improve the client’s satisfaction & Develop new lane or new client to maximize the GP Increase of KA department

1) 作为客户的主要联系窗口，维护客户关系，掌握客户出货计划及生产变动，积极与其他部门配合，发挥协调功能，确保货物安全准确的运输，令客户满意

As the main contact window for key accounts which should keep close relationship with the client to well know the client’s shipping plan or production by coordinating with other departments to make sure the goods transported in a safe and accurate way to satisfy the customer

2) 处理客户投诉，提出解决问题方案，改善建议，将整改意见或新的要求布达给操作、单证及其主管，提高客户满意度

Handle and resolve customer complaints by providing reasonable solutions with improvement measure and make sure operation team(Doc,OP and OP supervisor) understood and put it into action in order to improve customer’s satisfaction

3. 协调供应商关系以及处理异常情况

Coordinate supplier relationship and handle abnormal situation
