岗位要求：

1.读懂一般英文资料；

2.5年以上IE方面工作经验，3年以上带领团队经验；

3. 精通精益生产知识，对项目管理、团队有充分理解；

4. 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神。

工作职责：

1.熟悉工厂精益生产线布局规划，全面精益生产技能指导，建立标准工时、标准产能、标准损耗、工序治理流程的排序；

2.带领IE工程师及相关人员，推进生产及物流优化项目；

3.导入外部资源，包括IE相关的工具、方法或工装设备等；

4.培训IE基础知识，培养IE专业方向的人才；

5.有推动产线持续改善的经验；

6.统筹公司合理化建议、改善提案活动。
