Job Description

1.新产品的报价 Co-work with PIC team on new products quotation.

2. 新产品的产线精益设计为更好的量产做准备 New product NPI build layout design with LEAN for good support & ready mass production.

3. PIC产能的规划和协调，满足客户的订单需求 PIC capacity plan and coordination to support customer NPI demand needs.

4. PIC总体人力的计划和执行 PIC DL headcount plan per forecast need and execution

5. 协同PIC提高制造效率，降低人力成本，优化面积，提高设备利用率等等的制造成本，减少制造过程中的各种浪费。Coordinate PIC team improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce labor cost, optimize the space, improve equipment LU

7.项目 IE KPI制定并定期跟进，协助和达到标准establish the PIC IE team KPI, regular review with team and support them to achievement targets

8.与身作责的领导和管理团队，人才阶梯的培养和发展，对相应人员制定技能提升计划及提供培训和指导 Demonstrate the leader ship and manage team, talent retention development and establish improvement plan for individual person, give team guidance or training.
