• Managing key Multinational customers in China region. Execute corporate long term business goal and position the company as a strategic supplier of our customers.
• Cooperate with Global team to execute the strategic and tactical objectives for assigned customers. Outgrow our competitor through local demand creation and socket replacement activities. Implement operational processes and disciplines with related stakeholder to ensure goal and objective alignment across the country.

Qualification:

• Preferable to have Engineering or Science Degree and at least 3-4 years working experience in the Sales & Marketing field in semiconductor industry
• Results, Process & Metric driven. Preferable to have experience on handling Global customers and understand their cultural diversity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of personalities and cultures regionally and work across different levels of an organization.
