行政主管 - 生命与健康科学学院 Executive Officer - LHS (Ref.2018/352/01)

In May 2018, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen has approved the establishment of a brand new School, the School of Life and Health Sciences (“School”). The first batch of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, to be launched starting from 2019, includes B.Sc. in Bioinformatics, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science; M.Sc./M.Phil./Ph.D. in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Pharmacology and Drug Discovery, Precision Health and Medicine. The School’s first 5-year goal is to recruit 500 undergraduate students and 300 Masters/PhD students. The School pursues excellence in learning, discovery, and innovation in life and health sciences for the benefit of human health and wellbeing.

Post Specification
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor or higher degree;
2. at least 3 year post-qualification executive or relevant experience with solid exposure in tertiary institutions;
3. good command in both written and spoken language skills in English and Chinese;
4. ability and initiative to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks.
5. knowledge in life and health sciences preferred.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative assistance to the founding dean of the School of Life and Health Sciences (LHS);
2. Providing administrative service and coordination among departments/units;
3. Assisting in organizing and coordinating school activities and different types of meetings;
4. working with a highly dedicated admin team to perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean.

CUHK(SZ) was set up with staunch support from the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and with the participation of Shenzhen University as collaborative partner, as required by the State Regulations for Sino-foreign Co-operation in Running Schools.
CUHK Degrees will be conferred on CUHK(SZ) students who have fulfilled the requirements of the respective academic programmes. In addition, Graduation Certificates will also be awarded to students who have completed their studies and met the graduation requirements stipulated by the State Ministry of Education.
