  Purpose of the Position                

• The role is responsible for providing professional training and development solution that align to business needs and support business growth.

  Main Tasks

• Own orientation program and maintain the program’s high quality standard and support new employees’ on boarding process, buddy,e-learning etc.
• Lead training and development programmes as well as PIP and IDP.
• Track recruiting and orientation, on boarding results, analyze KPIs and report monthly and yearly
• Internal communication and promotion to increase employee engagement, e.g. yearly award, local newsletters, people care and other recognition initivatives
• Assist in other HR projects assigned by management

• University degree in business management, Human Resource or related discipline
• Over 6 years'solid working experience in training and development
• Good analytical and data management ability
• Proven experience in working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
