JOB Description

JOB Title: QC Engineer
Industry type: Mobile accessories, chargers, AC/DC, Power Bank....
Functional Area: QC(Quality Control), QE(Quality Engineering), QA(Quality Assuarance), QMS (Quality Management System)
Compensation: xxxx RMB + bonus linked to performance
Report to: General Manager
Career Path: QC engineer --> QA supervisor --> QA manager
Location: Shenzhen, China

Key tasks:
1.To ensure the suppliers and vendors to meet quality (/environment) management system requirements and their products to meet the electronic products safety/quality/environment standards such as CE, ETL and the like for the first stage;
2.To establish quality and environment management system in the company and assure the company's products to meet the relevant safety/quality (/environment) standards for the second stage.

Key responsibilities:
1.Conduct quality check for OEM products and ensure OEM products to meet the relevant safety/quality (/environment) standards;
2.Follow up safety/quality(/environment) related defectives for OEM products till resolved;
3.Implement factory inspection including QS and EHS;
4.Keep in close liaison with relevant dept. such as engineering, supply chain and production.
5.Gradually introduce safety/quality (/environment) standard and QC system for the company's own products;
6.Gradually establish QA and EHS in the company.

Requirements:
1.At least 5 years QA experience in electronic factory, mobile phone accessories factory, especially in Apple mobile phone accessories factory will be preferable;
2.Familiar with electronic products safety/quality/environment standards and QS/EHS system; ISO9000/EHS18000 auditor will be preferable;
3.Proficient in QC and QS audit;
4.Bachelor degree or above with major in electronic engineering or relevant;
5.Excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills;
6.Good subordinates development and mentoring skills;
7.Good sense of responsibility while honest
8.Fluent in English with experience in international company
9.Can work under pressure
10.Native language: Mandarin Chinese
